     The escape code is sent in EDLIN by holding down the
     "Ctrl" key and pressing "V", then pressing the "[" key.
     A ^[ will show on the screen. In EDIT, the escape code
     is sent by pressing the "Ctrl", "P", and "Esc" keys in

          by the PCL commands.

     4.   Press "Ctrl", type "C" to end the insert commands;
          an (*) will then appear.
