u-login-message

If you want to print a message after a non-anonymous user logs in successfully, set u-login-message to the name of the text file.  This file can be used to tell a user about site policies, etcetera. Usually you don't need a message for non-anonymous users.

This file is loaded once when NcFTPd starts up. If you make changes to the file you will need to restart the server.

The difference between the u-login-message and the welcome-message is that the u-login-message is presented after the user has given a valid user name and password, while the welcome-message is printed whenever a new user connects.
